how to get Recon

it has been confirmed by bungie that the way to get recon is to get the Vidmaster challenge: annual achievement.

does anybody want to help me get it?

you need to get ALL VidMaster Achievements

i thought you needed to get all vidmasters and the mythic skulls to get it.
that vidmaster challenge annual achievement is one that i need help on.

i have all the acheivements you can get at the moment so yeah....
